1. Check and lubricate the main parts of the paper cutter before starting work (after shift change or stop).

2. At the end of each shift, clean the household paper machine once, wipe the exposed friction surface clean, and add Jiangyou lubricating oil.

3. Under the normal working conditions of two shifts, the paper cutter should be cleaned and inspected every two weeks.

4. If the paper cutter stops for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with antirust oil, and covered with plastic cover.

5. If the paper cutter is out of service for more than 3 months, the antirust oil should be covered with moisture-proof paper to prevent the machine from rusting.

6. When inspecting and disassembling the paper cutter, it is forbidden to use improper tools and unreasonable operation methods.

7. According to different seasons, choose the right hydraulic oil. In winter, 20 oil is used to keep the fluidity of the paper cutter; Use 30 oil to keep the viscosity of paper cutter in summer.

8. Maintain proper hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is too high, the sealing ring will break; If the pressure is too low, the blade will cut slowly.

9. Use talcum powder or paraffin to smear paper-cut table and knife edge. In this way, one is to reduce the friction between the paper and the table, so that the operation is more labor-saving. The second is to extend the cutting times of the blade to ensure that the paper cutting edge is smooth and neat.

10. Before working, lubricating oil should be added to the mechanical oil injection port to keep the machine clean and without noise, so that the paper cutter is always in good working condition.

11. After power on, if any accident, abnormal noise or stuck phenomenon is found, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection.

12. In the process of debugging and tool changing, the main motor of the paper cutter must be stopped. After changing the tool, the handle makes the tool holder run back and forth for one week to avoid personal and equipment damage.
